If the kid wouldn't have had easy access to guns, this tragedy MIGHT have been prevented. If the kid wouldn't have seen violent images on television and at movies, this tragedy MIGHT have been prevented. If the kid wouldn't have been picked on at school by brat assholes, this tragedy MIGHT have been prevented. If the kid would've had a better home life, this tragedy MIGHT have been prevented. If the kid's friend's would've reported his threats, this tragedy MIGHT have been prevented. I adhere to the belief that anyone who kills is a little messed up anyway, and various contributing factors (class, guns, violence in entertainment, provocation, etc.) come together in a certain situation that makes that person commit the horrible deed. It's very naive of any of us to assume that one thing would have stopped this, or any other tragedy, at school or wherever. We should take this time to look at everything, from guns to the media to the way our kids are treated at school. I personally wish he would've just kept the water gun full of urine, the b*stard punks who picked on him deserved that much. ------------------ www.swirve.com...The reason Al Gore invented the internet.
And today we have another one. CNN is reporting another school shooting this morning in Williamsport, PA. ------------------ "Blues is a Healer" --John Lee Hooker
