Going to Vegas July 4th weekend with a group of about 10. With it being a holiday weekend, and with the group wanting to go to places like Pure/Body English/Tangerine, was wondering if it made sense to request bottle service. Anyone done this in Vegas? Costs for a group of this size? Worth it? Can I jump the line to get in? I HATE waiting in line for 2 hours just to get in, and then not even being able to get a drink once I'm in cuz the lines at the bar are just as long.
Am I the only one (besides the people I go with) who goes to Vegas and has absolutely no desire to go to any place where I have to waste two hours of my trip waiting in line somewhere? I prefer the free drinks while I gamble.
Get the bottle service if you go to Light or Body. It is very worth it. Maybe check out the VIP "no line" packages availabole online too. They cost more but are worth it if ou've got a big group of guys. Get to Drai's early for afterhours. Definitely check out Mix, at the top of THE Hotel at Mandalay - it's the new hot spot.
I did bottle service at Light, got a nice table near the DJ, totally worth it. At Rain, my buddy is a member so we get a suite, I dont know how bottle service works there. Drai's is sick!!! I usually leave there well after sunrise.
You may want to go through a reputable "party planner" or VIP host if you're going to try to get bottle service at the top clubs on a holiday weekend. It's pretty common for the most popular clubs to bounce people who have reservations for a table and bottle service if somebody famous (or just somebody offering more money than you are) shows up at the last minute. Body English is notorious for this. If you just want to jump the line, bring some babes and pay the bouncer. 10 dudes trying to jump the line ain't going to work, even with $$ at the top places.
Thanks. Definitely going to BE, and hope to work in MIX into the "Mix" at some point that weekend. Its not all dudes going fortunately, so hopefully we shouldn't get bounced for skewing the sausage/taco ratio. Fortunately, I'm also incredibly good looking. How much is normal? I've been reading one bottle for 3 or 4 guests, with a bottle going for about $300. And also having to tip the host an extra $200 for just walking you to the table? Also if you know any reputable websites that might help?
Apparently I need to get out more b/c I've never heard of the term "bottle service." Google is my best friend.
Good, because I was asking myself the same thing...In theory, it makes sense if its a large crowd, but again, I need to go out more often...
