    omg! i was watching a show on discovery about live parasites...they did a feature on a man who had a botfly on his head.

    That was cool. I think I was actually kind of nervous about the beer bottle stuff, a little worried (or maybe just confused) that the match wouldn't extinguish when boyfriend/husband tipped it over on her head. Good for her being sincerely grossed out, but still somewhat mature about it: I could imagine some adult women and/or men just freaking out uncontrollably, and some of them just for show. The puss was gross but she was certainly easy on the eyes, and the dialogue at the beginning was pretty hilarious.

    the movement was very fluid from the wide angle view to the closeups.

    The doctors didn't take out the larvae, what with their sophisticated equipment...? But YOU could? REALLY?

    So... your "Babe"... he is good at removing larvae from your head but not really protecting you against botflies in Belize? Really?

    I had a bot fly larvae in my back. I got it while on an archaeological dig in Belize. Not cool...but at least it wasn't in MY HEAD!
