After the 06/07 season, I agreed with these people

Remember this after the draft lottery:

Tommy "Heimlich" (as if it was his fault the ping-pong balls didn't go the Celts way)

Danny Ainge and Doc aren't too happy with getting the #5 pick after finishing with the 2nd worst record in the NBA (24-58).

Who would have thought it all would lead to this:

    Then this:

    And finally this:

Props to the Boston Celtics, the best team in the NBA from beginning to end!

Give Ainge credit for KG, Allen, Posey, Brown, and Cassell. Give all these guys credit too. But I tip my hat to this man more than anyone else.

    Thibadeaux

Without him, Boston loses 10-15 more games this season, and gets beat in the 2nd-3rd round by the Pistons.

I agree. You add Allen, KG to any team and they will suddenly become contenders

Well, the point is how to add them TOGETHER to ONE team.

Hell yeah man!! I hope he gets a chance at a head coaching job somewhere. He deserves it! I remember people raggin on Paul Pierce for not playing defense before Thibodeau came to the Celtics. Look at his defense now.

    Sorry, but this is insane.

First of all, you're claiming that an ASSISTANT coach - not even a head coach, an ASSISTANT coach - can make as much of a difference to a team as almost any one player in the league.

Second, Houston fans saw first-hand that this guy is no miracle worker like many keep insinuating. They went from 43 wins to 45 wins in his first year. What happened?

Our offense sucks, hes a defense specialist. Try getting or pulling the numbers for our defense and then you can start talking
