Bosh moving to Lakers or Rockets? By Mark J. Miller “ChrisThere's a pretty good chance that Chris Bosh(notes) could get traded by the Toronto Raptors before the NBA's Feb. 15 deadline, according to ESPN. And if he does, it could wreak havoc on the off-season plans of the New Jersey Nets and New York Knicks. The Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Lakers are two of the teams that are apparently interested in grabbing Bosh from the Raptors. If he goes to either one of those teams, it is thought that Bosh would want to re-sign with them when he becomes a free agent this summer (or work out an extension before the trade occurs). The Knicks and Nets are planning to throw as much money as possible at Bosh and LeBron James(notes) this summer in the hopes of bringing a big name to the Big Apple area. If Bosh disappears off the market before the free-agent season even begins, it would be a blow to teams that are hoping to sign one to lure the other. http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/rumors/...t=AtXxq20ad5zwVd_ogc_tHlG8vLYF?urn=nba,213052 nothing new, but maybe going to the LAKERS WOWWWWW
With all these Bosh rumors, its becoming more likely by the day. I'm getting excited. But as history shows, its not always the popular rumor that happens. Don't remember hearing Artest to Houston rumors before he came (I did propose a Artest trade before it happened  ) and we definitely didn't hear anything about Skip getting traded to get Lowry.
bosh to lakers doesnt really do much to me this year you figure the lakers are favorites to win it all again this year adding bosh and losing bynum would still not change that at all. now if bosh stays in LA then the league is screwed and the lakers are going to have a huge payroll. but thats a big IF..i dont know if toronto wants to take bynum back who is really good and young but imo is over payed at this point in his career and also had two knee surgeries. Has like what 3-4 years left on his deal? Bynum could be the best single player they get though in any possible trade.
I can't believe Bosh is available. He's basically Toronto's Yao Ming and the Lakers are offering Bynum. Who the hell would trade that good of a player for Bynum? If I were Toronto, I'd hold on to Bosh for SnT opportunities.
While he is better than anything the Rockets could offer, Andrew Bynum is the most over-rated player in professional sports.
I think Scola+Battier would be valued higher than just Bynum. You get a productive PF to replace Bosh and an excellent perimeter defender (that the Raptors sorely need) in Battier.
That's the question. Would Toronto management be willing to pick up the rest of his contract? Or would they be content with taking McGrady's expiring and Carl Landry's reasonable contract?
There is NO CHANCE of a Bynum/Bosh going down now. All that talk is about LA trying to disturb the Bosh to Houston trade talks. LA is trying to tempt Toronto with their interest to stall off a trade for this season with the Rockets. I would not be surprised if LA is offering to give them Bynum and Odom after this season if they will hold on to Bosh and make the trade in the offseason. LA could sign someone like Brendan Haywood and trade Bynum and Odom for Bosh and whatever else TO wants to dump. I still don't think they can touch a deal that the Rockets can put together. If Bosh gets moved before the deadline, I am convinced it will be to Houston.
scola will most likely not be an all star in his career while bynum is younger and has more potential.
Idk how the lakers even have enough cap space 4 him when They alrdy have a lot of big names lik pao kobe artest fisher, and Then if they add bosh???dam...I hope we land him instead
