I just got offered Brandon Jennings & Troy Murphy (as a counteroffer to one of my trade proposals) for Chris Bosh.

I should take them, right? This seems too easy.

In our league, each team has 7 active players, with the rest on the bench, so I might run into a problem where I have too many players playing every night and I'm forced to sit someone. The impetus between the trade proposals back & forth, though, was the fact that I've been getting killed in 3PTM almost every week.

I'm a Bosh owner and for what it's worth, I would not trade away Bosh for Jennings/Murphy.

I'm tentative about pulling any kind of trigger, but I'm having a hard time rejecting the offer. What would be holding you back, as a Bosh owner?

The fact that Bosh is a flat-out stud while Jennings and Murphy are both merely above-average players.

Depends on the rest of your team. If you have sufficient rebounding and FG%, then I would do the trade. Jennings and Murphy will give you a boost in 3PTM and Murphy is a good rebounder, but Jennings won't shoot over 45% and it's hard to tell how consistent Murphy is going to be at this point.

I wouldn't do the trade though because if you can only start 7 players, then one fantasy stud is worth more than 2 above avg players.

Murphy is really good for a fantasy league owner. He does soo much when he's getting the bulk of the minutes on a team. The mere fact he can hit 3's, ft's, assits, blocks, and rebounds make him a solid pickup. B. Jennings hasn't done much since his 55point outing against GS. I wouldn't take a gamble on him yet. Teams are learning how to guard him.

Bosh overall this year has been a real stud. He has carried a friend of mine this year in fantasy league.

I feel like Jennings will be productive once Redd leaves the team by either getting traded or reinjuring himself.

Murphy is severely underrated in the yahoo format.

3PM, 3P%, as well as a 10 REB avg from a player with Center eligibility.

    He's the reason I haven't lost a yahoo league in 2 years.

He was a monster last 2 years but this year hasn't been as good. He's returning to his old self though which should be good for owners.
