Why don't people go out and meet/get to know people and have experiences normally instead of creeping out and staring at pages of a book, it weirds me out so bad.

You will never hook up reading books. You have to put yourself OUT THERE.

You don't have personal interactions with the people you are ready about.

Go to the section of book reviews. I found a couple of pretty good new books there.

If you like spy novels, try John le Carre.

    LOL!

First of all, don't shop at Target. Target is the last place to look for books, don't they have just one aisle? How about those other stores...w/ lots more aisles of books...literature stores? Something like that.

I don't go to bookstores, I shop online. Much more selection and you can read about what other people think of the books before you buy them.

I just started my 3rd book about Enron, the first two being Smartest Guys in the Room and Power Failure. Not sure why I've become so obsessed with this topic but for some reason, I just can't get enough.

do you want a sports book, literature, or a new york times book? either way I have some options for you.

    1. David Halberstam was probably one of the greatest non fiction writers of the 20th century. He was most notably famous for the Summer of '49, which is a tremendous book baseball fan or not. But if that doesn't tickle your fancy, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Playing for Keeps: Michael Jordan and the World He Made

    http://www.amazon.com/Playing-Keeps...9849661?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1194464835&sr=8-1

just some insight into all the stars aligning.

    2. War and Peace

    3. Steven Colbert's I am America (and you should too)

    The Kite Runner is unbelievable.

Its a story about a man and the events that unfold after the Soviet attack of Afghanistan.
