Just finished reading the new book by Gary Pomerantz about Wilt’s 100 point night in Hershey, PA in 1962. If you have any interest in how Wilt scored 100, NBA history, race relations, Wilt’s career and how dominant he was, what happened to the game ball from the 100 point game, how the NBA transitioned from two-handed set shooters to one-handed dunkers, or Wilt’s infamous “20,000” claim – then you must read this book.
