I understand the outrage but arresting her on a misdeameanor drug paraphernalia charge over a picture? I wonder how much money they spent on this investigation? Seriously, if they weren't looking to remove the minor via child services, then what was the point of the cops doing this? If it would have been a picture of her with it instead of the baby, then nothing would have happened.
The old 'Aren't there better things to do with our money than mess with potheads?' argument. Come on California.
They shouldn't arrest her - they should just take her child away. That's a helluva lot worse. She's a $hitty parent anyway. Kid should be placed in the home of some people who will actually take care of him.
Definitely a bad mother...not hot, and to post it on FB is stupid... if arresting her was the only punishment, then I'm ok with it...maybe I missed it but wouldn't the child be taken away anyway?

first of all, do you know how many people with kids smoke pot, some of them may have been your college professors. there was no pot. the pic is stupid, but what's really stupid is posting it on facebook.
