    Haven't seen this posted anywhere else...Bonds got all 32 1st place votes to easily outdistance St. Louis' Albert Pujols and the Astros Lance Berkman and Montreal's Vlad Guerrero...

    Would you say this makes him the best player of his generation?

    Easily the best position player in the last 25 or so years.

    easily best of his generation. all-time, not sure, but i don't see how he isn't top 5. and to think i hated him 2 years ago.

    what cinches it for me is that i remember him being the best player 10 years ago with 3 MVP awards, than suddenly he raises his game to another level... simply incredible!
