Funny how no one seemed to notice until after the home run was hit that the ball was somehow different from other baseballs...
Maybe the reason Bonds has hit so many homeruns with out streroids is because he sold his soul to the devil and he has to stop at 666 just for the devil.
i really don't care if Bonds has every performance enhancing drug known to man, mixed in the perfect proportions, coursing through his veins, you shouldn't be able to do what he is doing. he's got a 3000+ ops this last week.
Now we will see if Bond's has indeed sold his soul to the devil. The longer he goes without a homer the greater the chance that he and satan like to play in the pale moon light.
Bonds is hitting at enough of a level to get an automatic intentional walk every single time up! Nice of him to stuff it to media for all that steroid stuff.
Am I the only one who thinks that Bonds might be motivated to get 73 again just to prove that there is no asterik?
After this spring, the only way he gets the MVP is to hit .400 with 60 + homers. I think forcing all those people who've been trashing him in the media to vote for him for MVP again, by having a season no one can vote against would be all the motivation he needs.
apparently he's going for about 100 to prove there's no asterisk. padres walked him the next two times up after the homer.
What do you mean by this? RM95 was just pointing out that what Moe said in his post "Oh..... that was perfect" was referring to his chance to post in this thread while saying what's the point of a bunch of 6's.
