    On one hand, I understand the Israeli government's position on the issue because of the whole existential threat angle. But on the other, Israel would sink the world economy in a matter of weeks when the IRIA closes the Strait of Hormuz. The West and China most prevent this from actually happening.

    Good video almost 50 mins long, I think I read in the past that during the Bush administration Israel wanted to have a joint strike against Iran Facilities. US declined, since we were involved in two wars already.

    Why would Israel bomb the Bushehr site, which is subject to IAEA monitoring and requirements to return spent fuel rods to Russia? Iran's bomb is not coming from there.

    Bolton's a screwed up guy who has been dreaming of Israel (and the US) attacking Iran for a few years now. I'm guessing he wants it because it would further his fantasy of a modern Crusade.

    A year ago he wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post saying essentially the same thing.

    He didn't say Israel would attack - in fact, he actually said he doesn't think they will. He just said if they want to, they have 8 days to do it.

    Bolton has been saying an Israeli nuclear attack on Iran will happen in the next six months for at least the past six years. Maybe longer. He is a joke. All he does is agitate all the Israel haters who point to this as "proof" that the Zionist Entity needs to be destroyed.

    If he is no longer claiming that it is about to happen, at least that is a step forward.

    I think we should just give into the conservatives and right wing nuts at attack Islam.

    Let's fight a war against a billion people and bomb every installation back into the stoneage. After all, they are just all jihadist in waiting. It worked so well with Afghanistan after all. And Iraq apparently. Maybe if we did that all the extremists would go away and guys like Bolton can rest in peace.

    Yeah - 8 days is when the reactor supposedly goes online. His argument is that if Israel were to attack after that, they'd have to attack civilians working the reactor and also have to deal with the potential for radiation problems.

    My guess is that Israel will wait until after the 8 day period and then bomb the site. Knowing full well that this will kill innocents and cause radiation problems to the civilians.

    Israel does more to reduce civilian casualties during military operations than any other military in the world. My guess is that you are a jackass.
