    I don't understand why it would be unconstitutional. A state has a right to protect its citizenry. It's not an arbitrary criteria. I'm honestly annoyed that Abbott doesn't have the national guard or at the very least the DPS at the Louisiana border because we all know people from New Orleans are going to start heading this way just like they did in Katrina.

    Katrina is totally different. Corona is everywhere. People aren't leaving their homes in any of these states. Its just normal travel
