Seems everyone got upset/angry after a frustrated loss. Easiest emotional reaction is to blame others. BUT, the thing is when someone got unfairly blamed, he begin to blame back emotionally. Then, no one will seriously think about his own problem and try to improve it.

The coach's job is to use his authority to help players control those negative emotions, help them to build up trusts and chemistry, and focus on the REAL problem. Obviously, McHale did not has that kind of ability and acumen.

How come only 6 games, only small up and downs, angry already accumulated enough to rose to the surface. SERIOUSLY doubt McHale could help Houston to get a Championship.
