Well, I've fought a rear-guard action for a long time, but my boss finally gave up on just suggesting it and today told me to go get a Blackberry. So, which one should a fat-fingered guy get? (Note: Our contract is for Blackberries only, no other options.) Thanks.
go to your carrier's store and play with the blackberries. that's the only way you will know if the keys are the right size
There is not that many to choose from. Either the one with the full keyboard (diff. model number depending on carrier) or the one with the little keyboard (aka Pearl)
I guess I should also note that I need the toughest one... I'm willing to sacrifice keyboard spacing for something that can handle a little dirt and heat and getting slammed into things.
The older models are probably are more suited for you- they are super tough, as I can attest to. Funny that the guy with 'Rim' in his nick is getting a Blackberry. I fully expect you to become the resident Blackberry expert now.
I've got fat fingers and I love my Pearl. The keys seem wider than the fullsize Blackberry. The thing I like about the Pearl is that it's the most phone-like of all their devices.
