hopefully somebody out there has one of these. i just got one, and i'm finally getting around to setting up the email on it. according to a video i saw online, there should be three options in the setup wizard. 1. add new email 2. add work email account with blackberry enterprise 3. skip set up my phone just lists 2 and 3...but i don't want to add a work email, just a personal one. can somebody help me out here? am i missing something?
i just got one a couple days ago too and i didn't have option 1 either. the best thing to do, or what i did, was sign in to mytmobile on the computer and do it from there. there will be a link that says "set up blackberry internet email" ,you just put in your email address and your password and it takes care of the rest.
