We got like what? A month to go? I'm so excited... I feel like there will actually be a doorbuster at Fry's this year from all the rumors. I think the economy going up a little bit plus last years horrible disappointment by Fry's and Best Buy on Black Friday will both contribute to them making something special this Black Friday.
Last years was kind of disapointing, I was hoping there would be bigger sales since businesses were struggling. Hopefully this year will be better. Problem is now EVERYBODY will be at Best Buy without Circuit City

Everybody always seems to be at Best Buy. Staples used to be my favorite, because everyone would be at Best Buy where I am, and you could get in and out Staples right next door within 10 minutes if you went right at 6.
probably do cyber monday deals only there is a frys out in oxnard that no one goes to since well oxnard isnt the most populated of places if there is a decent frys sale my friends and i will usually just go there even though its like 90-120 minutes from our place. but unless there is a a/v audio receiver that does HD audio on the cheap i dont think i'll want anything this year other than the usual cheap dvd/blu-rays
Ima be in the market for a TV this year, but I'm not one to stand in long lines so I'll probably have to do the cyber monday.
I will be in line for a notebook, and probably a game system while I'm at it. Another great year for BF shopping, and I'll probably get red faced drunk doing it.
I worked for Comcast a few years ago selling internet/cable packages a few years ago inside of Best Buy, Circuit City and Staples and had to work a Black Friday before. Last Black Friday, I realized I still had a Comcast polo so I wore that tucked in with some slacks and made a fake name tag as if I were working for them again. Once they opened the doors and started letting people in I hustled to the front as if I were late to work. Once I got in I put on the jacket I brought and took the name tag off and I was good to go. I think I may do the same thing this year depending on what deals are there. The lines were filled with a couple hundred people camping out and setting up tents and all kinds of crazy nonesense.
Just purchase the item 2 days before the BF sale, and make the store manager price match. It worked for me, will look for a sweet deal for a Samsung LED 40" Tv. Need to upgrade from a 32" 720 lcd, for the bedroom. On the other hand a good 40" lcd will be really cheap. Need to start saving!!!
i know i mean i am about 90 minutes away from oxnard so will go to that one my friends and i will probably be there the night before and just hang out down there with tents and plenty of booze to pass the time

Sure you'll find some cheap Olevia's at Target but a better deal than a LG 42" for $600? doubtful. I think Black Friday is kind of fun but it doesn't always mean you'll get the best product.
While probably a bad idea, the not so bad part is that it would help in keeping you warm. In Black Friday 07 it was like 40-50 and it rained a bit. I smoked maybe half a pack that night, but I should have instead brought the firewater.

Do you think that is better than Sharp 42" 1080p from walmart and is it better than this deal, Insignia 42" 1080p ? Having a hard time deciding which I should go for.
