I can see the Pacers throwing some money at Lowry.

I believe Bima stated that Lowry can't be traded until next month.

What about Llull? And then use the #10 and #14 to help get #4?

I seriously doubt the Pacers would trade their top pick for Kyle Lowry.

I'm guessing they are targeting Darren Collison.

I love AB but I do think he is about at his ceiling as a player. I think he can get a bit stronger and smarter over the years but his athleticism will also decline.

It all depends if you see Lowry as a starter. He would make us more effectively defensively but I am not positive that Lowry/Martin can do what Brooks/Martin did at times (which is be almost unstoppable.)

But #10 and another future first rounder (from a stuggling team) would be tempting.

Who said anything about picks. I said that I can see the Pacers offering Lowry a decent amount of change. Lowry can run an offense is the type of hard nosed player Bird likes.

Why would the Pacers want to do that? They can get more than Llull.

I agree, especially knowing San Antonio would like Ed Davis in the draft. George Hill emerged as a key player for them in the playoffs, I see it happening.

And why do you guys automatically assume they are looking for a Rockets guard?

This is a rockets forum. We are looking at how to take advantage of this situation.

Would you move up in the draft (give up #14) if we could get one of the Pacer's bigs?

Lowry or Brooks and #14 for Hibbert or Murphy and #10?
Does moving up 4 spots make a difference for us in the draft?

They're likely using their pick to create salary space as well as picking up a starter PG. Pacers are a team that will definately avoid the the tax at all costs.

As they are now I think they're barely able to use the LLE if they've got it this season.
