That's the one thing i give him props for. The guy swings at every sinker ball in the dirt. But when a pitch is coming near him he'll lean into it and take one for the team even if they're up by 10 runs. They really should have an award for this.
That kid on the japanese little league team must have been taking notes. I've never seen someone lean over the plate like that before.
