    Ok, if OU loses, do they still play in the MNC game, but KSU is guaranteed a BCS bowl and UT plays Ole Miss or some mediocre bowl game?

    This is weird, but it almost seemed like some people on TV were hinting at OU losing.

    I sort of feel bad for the players because they worked hard and should get to play in a bowl game, but maybe this helps in the long run. If OU actually loses and then loses their bowl game, they lose some of their luster. That could help with out recruiting.

    We still need some staffing changes, and going to a BCS bowl game only delays that. Don't know if not going makes a difference though. Shouldn't have lost to Arkansas anyway, and this wouldn't be a problem.

    OU loses and they still go to the Sugar Bowl. KSU gets a BCS berth and poor Texas is left with the Alamo Bowl.

    This is pure and utter ****. **** OU.

    The Alamo Bowl is a fine bowl. I'm proud of our kids. They played hard.

    If OU just plays their game they'll win the game still IMO....but I doubt they will, with the pitiful performance we just saw.:mad:

    I won't go as far as saying we deserve a BCS bowl, but I damn sure didn't expect OU to self-implode the one time we needed their assistance. :mad:

    hahaha, settle down dude. I was being Mack Brown for a second if you didn't realize. Texas shouldn't have lost to Arkansas. They don't deserve a BCS bowl. It shouldn't have to come down to depending on other teams to get in.

    Texas had one bad game against arkansas I agree, but we need this bowl...id like to see our seniors like roy williams go to a bcs bowl

    I'd like to see Roy go to a BCS game so he can get ONE WHOLE PASS thrown to him the entire game. I feel bad for Roy. He should've left. Plus he would've been on the Texans which would have been pretty cool.
