Which is the better film? I vote The Last Dragon by a slim margin based on the soundtrack. Your thoughts?

While I like "Big Trouble...", if you don't vote for the Last Dragon you just don't get it. You fear no one when you've got that glow.

Big Trouble was a great movie, esp when you factor in the Villians.

However, Sho-Nuff and The Glow is iconic.

Why don't you just ask me if I prefer Central TX BBQ Brisket or Central TX BBQ beef ribs.

BTILC. Not even close. A true classic and one of the most quotable movie.

    Indeed!!

Both movies are classics with amazing quotable lines and eye-popping action. So like most things in life it comes done to the eye candy.

Big Trouble is going to win because I don't think most people here have seen the Last Dragon or understand the Humor.

Like 80's versions or present versions? Cuz it's a toss up for 80's and Kim wins in a landslide for present.

I think Vanity kills Kim in the 80's! You're right about the present though...

Big Trouble is a better film, while Last Dragon is a film you enjoy because of the nostalgia/reference and this scene here:

Just remember what ol' Jack Burton does when the earth quakes, and the poison arrows fall from the sky, and the pillars of Heaven shake. Yeah, Jack Burton just looks that big ol' storm right square in the eye and he says, "Give me your best shot, pal. I can take it."

that's tough. Initially thought Big Trouble but now i'm second guessing.

girl - I'd go with you but...
Jack - I know, there's a problem with your face.
