As much as we laugh at Brian Cook, he's still making Millions. It is a cruel world we live in.

    $2.5 / 2 = $1.25?

Reading the snippet it seems to me that Cooks deal is worth $2.5mill in total (ie $1.25 mill per year).

    Veterans minimum for 2010-11 = $1.22m and in 2011-12 = $1.26m

So it's impossible to pay him any less than $2.5million over 2 years.

Towels don't just hand out them selves to players coming off the court.

They had to sign someone after missing out on LeBron. Cook was that guy.

Cook combined with the Clippers? That's got to create a level of suckitude so high it wraps right around and turns them into a juggernaut.

If Brian Cook just got more than the league minimum then God help the Heats roster.

Cook may not bring as much to the team as LeBron while on the floor, but where his presence will really be felt is on the bench as he cheers his teammates on.

Cook definitely has compromising photos of David Stern and a shetland pony. It's the only logical explanation
