should we think of offering him the mle?
i mean the spurs are after him and we also need a big man, i think we can lure him, especially cause he is always here during the offseason, and out of all the places to go in the U.s in the summer, why houston? he has love for the city and he would fit good considering he a great shooter for a big man, plus we should sign him just to piss the spurs off, and he is young, which would make sense considering we are in rebuilding mode.

    MLE is already gone...

And Big Baby would be like the 3rd PF off the bench. he'd be a terrible fit even if we could sign him.

I think we need a "big man" in the vertical rather than horizontal sense.

Too bad we have no money. It would have to be a S&T.

No. No money left, and no thanks. However, offering Leon Powe a min. deal for a year or two while he recovers from that bad knee injury might be an option later on in the year if he's not picked up. If he can bounce back, he could be a solid (and cheap) PF option if Scola or Landry is dealt or lost in free-agency.

The problem is the roster spot. We need big men, and I doubt DM would be happy to cut one of his picks after he just bought them...

yeah I bet hes crying to his mommy about wanting to get away from the Celtics

"MOMMY!!! KEVIN IS BULLYING ME!!! MWHWHUAHAHAHA I WANT MY LUNCH MONEY!!!*CRY CRY CRY"

I don't think he wants to have Kevin yelling in his ear every day bullying him to be tougher than a bear doll

The team needs a center. Big Baby would only be a duplicate of Scola and Landry. His services would be redundant and it would be a waste of roster spot especially if the Rockets need a center.

Yep. I saw him at my UH rec many times over the summer...

He isn't as tall as I thought he'd be. I wouldn't be surprised if he was only 6'7-6'8.

Haha, he's one to talk. That team w/o KG can't contend for a 'ship.
