He should pardon all the illegal immigrants before they are subject to mass deportation

Are you suggesting that Biden sell pardons just like Trump did?

Most illegal immigrants violated a civil offense (overstayed visa) so there would be literally nothing that could be pardoned over.

Its a violation of us immigration law (federal law). Not sure why you believe those violations wouldn’t be pardonable by the Presidents pardon power. Happy to see an explanation more than trust me bro.

    Pardons are for criminal convictions.

Pretty sure this is not true. I don't think you have to be convicted of an offense to receive a pardon. Look at Nixon.

He might pardon his son's conviction, and that's understandable as a father. I doubt he's going to do too much beyond that. Certainly, he's not going to pardon a bunch of convicted criminals who attacked the Capitol. I chalk some of the posts about mass pardoning of criminals to projection (Trump’s promise to mass pardon criminals).

define much beyond that with a metric that can be evaluated at a later date.

Interesting that you care this much about someone stepping down from public office. If mass pardoning criminals is something you honestly care about, you wouldn’t vote for Trump.

Biden should offer Trump a pardon if he drops out. It is probably his main motivation for running. Trump could save legal expenses and could still sell Bibles, flags and t shirts.

This would be genius. But I don’t think Biden can pardon state crimes.

I don't expect the pardons until after the election. And I don't expect to see the gross corruption we saw with Trump, but there might be some controversial things.

I agree. Biden’s not going to risk politically making any controversial pardons until after the elections. Maybe not until January.

I also have my doubts if he will pardon Hunter Biden. Given recent court rulings it’s possible Hunter Biden’s conviction could be overturned on appeal.

Trumptards literally can't imagine a president who isn't a massive POS.

They've gaslit themselves into thinking "both sides are the same" so they can feel better knowing what a piece of crap their godking Trump is.

I am not sure if he will pardon Hunter, but TBH I wouldn't care if he did, its his son so I get it and it's not like Joe is going to run for anything after Jan. I also would not be shocked if he didn't pardon him
