I'll note that while Kevin McCarthy publicly says Biden isn't very sharp privately he has says Biden is a very sharp and a tough negotiator. What we've seen a lot also is Republicans like McCarthy publicly praise Trump while privately disparaging him.

Democrats are so fked. Do they blink and swap Biden at the convention? If so, does this help them or hurt them? All the hardcore partisans who have insisted day in and day out that Biden is fine lose perm credibility. Who do they swap in? Newsom? Democrats certainly can do worse than Biden. Republicans and Democrats are nothing more than an embarrassment to this country and a complete joke. Anyone adamantly supporting either of these parties at this point should be ashamed.
