If his presence can keep Pennsylvania blue, then he has done his job. Yes, he is still running, you just have a lot of idiots’ in this country fascinated with the soap operas. Really embarrassing. Kinda like waving "hello" to Stevie Wonder. Now, who did that....? Oh yeah, it was George W. Everybody makes gaffes. The difference is how you respond, and Biden handled it well.
