Right now the WWE is the #1 wrestling league in the world and will stay as the top organization for a long, long time. So, besides the WWE which do you think past and present is by far the best league in pro wrestling?

As stupid as WCW got, it was still funny in a way. Tony Shiavone overselling the importance of everything. Ric Flair having a heart attack, being thrown into a mental institution, and later getting buried in the desert. Hulk Hogan and Kevin Nash acting like they have street cred. The endless Hummer angle. Chucky taunting Rick Steiner. Arl$$ showing up in character...

I never really watched ECW so can't comment on that. NWATNA is painful to watch.

I can't really get into Japanese stuff because I don't know the language, but they've got some crazy athletes over there and I like how they push monsters like Vader and Bob Sapp.

Mexican wrestling is awesome, but again I can't get the full enjoyment out of it because I don't know the language. I really like their costumes, and how they still wear them when they do angles out in public (like at a restaurant).

Well, right now, the only one I watch is TNA. Or did...they're trying to negotiate a deal right now with WGN or Spike for a Monday night spot. I know TNA's not huge right now, but maybe it can spark a little Monday night nostalgia. I know I miss it.

ECW was very entertaining. I was always loyal to WWE so I purposely avoided WCW, I didn't want to give them the ratings lol. The wrestling in Japan is probably the best wrestling in the world. Eddie Guerrero, Chris Jericho, Chris Benoit, they all passed through Japan at some point.

I used to love WCW with the NWO and the Wolfpack. But after a while I realized that they didn't acutally DO anything. The NWO would go around ganging up on guys and beating them up. I really thought they would play up an angle where they actually took over the entire WCW company, but it never happened. They just continually spun their wheels.

WCW had its moments, but there was generally too much buildup without any real payoff, like a no-contact lapdance.

In its heyday, nothing beat ECW. It was so entertaining. My favorite of all was New Jack. He was da bomb.

No mention of GLOW (Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling)? Used to come on channel 39 when I was a kid.
