What's the best place to get a steak in Houston? Another thread got me thinking of this. I know Morton's and Capital Grille are killer. I think I remember Papa's is pretty good too. To be honest I'm not in Houston often enough to figure it out. So where is the best steak?

Oh boy. How many times have we been through this topic?

My vote is for Vic and Anthony's.

    I agree.

I agree. Vic and Anthony's is awesome. Their crab cakes may be some of the best I've had anywhere as well.

    1st
    Pappa Bros.
A real mans steak house, with all the steak house favorites in huge portions; NY Strip, Creamed Spinach, Au Gratin Potatoes, Cheesecake

    2nd
    Perrys
A little more trendy, but ask for the fried lobster appetizer, absolutely amazing (but off the menu). Also the Lobster Bisque is fantastic.

    3rd
    Capital Grille
Ask for the Upper East Coast imported raw oysters on the halfshell for an appetizer.
