NORTH A League of Their Own (3) (upset win over Bull Durham in the Sweet 16) As stated before, Im not a big Costner guy and IMO, James Earl Jones is the only character that made that movie watchable. League of Their own was very well made and Tom Hanks was totally awesome. Plus, the little boy that hangs out in the dugout shares a name with me, so I have to go with that. SOUTH Hoosiers (1) "Don't get caught watching the paint dry" ...always gets me. My fav movie of all time, period. EAST Rocky (1) I personally liked the later Rocky movies better, but up against Sandlot, this is a gross mismatch. WEST The Natural (1) Probably my 2nd fav sports movie. Wilfor Brimley has a very underated role. Kim Basinger did her best to ruin this for me, but alas, the mythicalness and magicalness of this movie was top notch for me.
