So what do you think is the best show on TV right now???

I'm mainly pulling from the top shows in the Nielsen Ratings, but I'll toss in a few that I know have a cult following..

I agree with MadMax. I also think Dwight is the best character on TV.

Oddly enough, even though I loathe reality TV...I can't get enough of The Apprentice. Every episode is a trainwreck. I love the board room. I know it's all contrived and overly dramatic, but I still love it.

It's the only thing I watch on TV besides Rocket games and Seinfeld re-runs.

Honorable mentions... Deadwood, Entourage, Sopranos, The Office, My Name is Earl, Scrubs... and I can never get enough Law & Order.

    Lost of those listed.

"My Name Is Earl" gets my vote for the best.

As geeky as this sounds, Battlestar Galactica is one damn good show. (And I'm not normally a sci-fi dork. I've never seen an episode of stargate, farscape, or any nonsense like that.)

I voted for American Idol. I would have voted for Lost if they would show more new episodes. But the question was "right now."

    LOST

Shield takes a crap on 24. And I say that as someone that never misses Jack Bauer night.

Out of the ones listed, I'll go with 24, but I honestly may have to go with Rescue Me.

i went with family guy. however, the other "cartoons" (as opposed to "anime") on [adult swim] that are equally good IMO are American Dad, ATHF, The Venture Brothers, Squidbillies, and The Boondocks.

Boston Legal is the best current show. I just wish thet would stop ridiculing Houston and Texas. For the love of God! Your show is set in Boston and I never see any "Boston" stereotypes. Why do they keep stereotyping us?
