I'm looking for an Acura TSX Silverstar rim. Rim is 17" and is gunmetal in color..preferably used. One of my rims is slightly jacked up... Also, you guys know where to powdercoat a rim?
There should be wholesalers who sale about 10-15% off dealer price. Just do a search for Acura parts.
What year & model does it go on?? If the finish on the wheel (im assuming its aluminum or alloy) is just damaged, and the wheel itself is not bent, then you can get it reconditioned at a place called Wheels America, which is over near 610/290. Here is their site: http://www.wheelsamericainc.com/ They usually charge about $100-$125 to redo a wheel. It takes them a few days though. If you are in a rush, and would rather just get a used one, call Debbie w/ Tire & Wheel Connection (281-890-5920). Youd probably be looking at $150-$200 for a used one (they call them take-offs; they are usually in pretty good shape).
thanks I appreciate it. It's not on Ebay. It's too new. It's for the 2003 Acura TSX. It's called Silverstar, a 5 spoke gunmetal rim 17 x 7
moochie, I would recommend calling them. They might not do powerder coating there on site, but I am sure they have a place they can send it out too. Tire & Wheel Connection might not have that wheel since the model is fairly new.
