Who is the best point guard in the NBA?

    1. Derrick Rose, Chicago -- 59.3%
    2. Chris Paul, L.A. Clippers -- 37.0%
    3. Russell Westbrook, Oklahoma City -- 3.7%

    According to NBA General Managers.

I guess it is debatable considering the majority of NBA GM's would rather have Rose........

guessed wrong lol... gm's cant vote for their own teams.
    - example dwight got every vote for best centre except for one for gasol... this is most likely because the magic gm was forced to vote other than dwight

I'm gonna guess the Bulls GM or Clippers GM or maybe even the Nets GM in hope to inflate the percentage of their PG (by not voting for an obvious first, second or third place PG).

I see that GMs couldn't vote for their own team or personell, but some of these votes make it very tough to believe in the brains of these guys.

Best PG: One guy voted for Westbrook?
Best SG: One vote for Ray Allen, are you kiddin me?
    Best C: Pau, what?
    ROY: Markieff Morris?

Who in his right mind makes these picks?
Kinda start to understand why some of the NBA franchises are in such a devastating state, unbelievable....

Don't get why Rose is regarded as #1 by so many people.
He's not on the same playmaking or leadership level that CP3 provides. CP3's feel for the game is just unbelievable, controls the game/pace at will.
We also know he can score at will, if he needs to.
    D. Rose also just averages 0.9spg, CP3 is ahead of him in that regard.

    After Lowry, Dragon?

I can't name a single point guard that comes close to them or is decent.
