I read good things about the Zoom Soldier 3's, but I can't find them anywhere. Probably the outlet is the only place to find them at all (besides ebay). I'm not looking to break the bank on these since I'll be playing outdoors only. I'll say about $60. Any recommendations?

I played mostly football, baseball and soccer growing up. How important is it to have high(er) top shoes when playing basketball fairly competitively? I nearly broke my damn ankle a few weeks ago goofing around while playing HORSE with the Mrs. Mostly idiocy on my part doing follow drills and pretending like every rebound needed a spinning fade-away jumper at the "buzzer"...but how much better off would I have been had I not been wearing super-lightweight Air Lunar II's? How much support would one need to play pick-up games, at the least?
