Any suggestions? I figured I might do some poker online but I'm not too sure which website to go with.

    Suggestions?

I personaly find fulltilts layout the best. Paradise and partypoker just seem messy to me. Plus you can watch pros like Phil Ivey or John Juanda play.

I like the fulltilt interface and I also like the absolutepoker interface. Absolutepoker has a good number of freeroll tournaments, but I have been hooked on the mansionpoker.net freerolls as they qualify you for the "Poker Dome" tourneys on Fox Sports.

i've only played partypoker. it's nice. i see no reason to go somewhere else, unless you're looking for a style of poker they don't offer.

i have noticed the skill of the players increase since i first started with them, but i assume that's the case everywhere with the popularity of the sport in general.

I have played at Absolute, PokerStars, BetFred, and PartyPoker.

I deposited at PartyPoker because they are the largest and I liked their customer service. I really hate their graphics, but not as much as Fullt Tilt. That stuff is way too cartoony.

I have played poker on almost all the websites, you name it, I played it, pokerstars, partypoker, pokerroom, bodog, etc.....

But now days, the only place that I play at is "WORLD POKER EXCHANGE"

There should be no reason for going anywhere else, because the got the FREE RAKE, just play there for couple hours, and you can see yourself how much money are you going to save in the long run, it's redicoulous.

I have save over 2000 in less than 3 weeks.

    WSEX!!

It's the only rake-free site on the net. most recreational players don't realize how much rake the pay. But over time it's a significant amount. say you are playing 5/10 limit for example, you about $20 per 100 hands/or per table hour. Party poker has the best games and the most players, but unless you are playing very high stakes (20/40 or 1knl) you probably will be better off at the site where you can get rakeback.

WSEX= world poker exchange by the way. so i agree with yanyao. Stars probably is the best for tournaments though as wpex doesn't have many going. I here fulltilt tourney are good too.

I'm able to win a bit from poker, not a not, just a bit.....however, some way or other, I will end up losing all my winning back to the casino soon or later, so all in all, I end up being a broke man most of the time.

In my opinion, Ultimate Bet has the best software and that's where I play. All the others seem so slow to me in comparison, expecially Full Tilt.

I like "sit and Go" tournaments.

I have played at Paradise Poker, Party Poker and now mostly Poker Stars.

The reason I like Poker stars it that they have 9 player sit and go tourneys with the top 3 paying, wheras the other 2 have 10 players, and top 3 playing.

I like the 3% better chance of getting in the money.

but how are the games there? it doesn't seem like a popular site and if anyone knows anything about how much rake can rape you, they're probably have good poker skills too.
