best mortgage lender?

    I'm shopping around for a mortgage lender and was wondering by experience who has the best? thanks alot. I just bought a house in Spring and the whole buying experience has been exausting. Any idea of a good home insurance as well?

    Pretty much agree.

    Even if you don't choose them, odds are your original lender will sell them the note anyway.

    Whichever company that does those "Dancing Silhouette" banner ads. Either them or the company with the banner of that dancing woman that gets surprised by the camera.

    It doesn't hurt to compare online to bargain down rates. The lender's first lies are that the online rates aren't realistic and so and so. That's when you start walking to the door...

    Does it appear that the "dancing silhouette" women is kinda "thick?" I asked some other people and they didn't know what I was talking about.

    I will never use them again. They screwed me hard and fast with my escrow; it took three years to dig out from that. They also screwed me on closing; they gave 12 hours notice on closing costs (about two hours after I gave them my last months bank statements) AND empty my checking account to the last penny.

    The next time I used a mortgage broker. Lesson learned.
