What are the best K cups in your opinion and what is a good budget K cup.

What is the best K cup maker and budget ones.

Also what type Dark roast, French Roast, Medium I really have no idea about the difference.

I would rather have a brewer for Coffee but you can't beat the convenience IMO.

This may sound crazy with the number of high end ones, but we prefer the Keurig K-Classic. It's pretty reasonably priced and does the job.
For dark roast, we like Peet's Major Dickason.
For Medium, I like Dunkin Donuts original.
For Breakfast Blend, I like the Starbucks Breakfast Blend (It's actually better than the brewed stuff in the store.) The Green Mountain Breakfast blend good as well.

Solid advice and suggestions. I also think the Starbucks Pike's Place (medium roast) k-cup is pretty good. So much so that we started buying their bagged coffee forour drip machine.

I have done the Green Mountain before and it's pretty good.

Are all of these about the same price?

They are all close to the same, but Starbucks usually runs more. There are always deals and coupons though.

I can't stand dark roast, so for medium roast and light roast, I've found I like Green Mountain's offerings like Nantucket and Breakfast Blend. For something a bit less common, a few others I like are Green Mountain's Costa Rica Paraiso and Colombia Select, as well as Hugh Jackman's Laughing Man Coffee's Dukale Blend (there's a Dukale's Dream Blend, but I don't know if that's the same thing), and Peet's Coffee's Brazil Minas Naturals.

The other stuff like along the lines of Folgers, Dunkin, McDonald's, etc are all a bit too weak or generic to me. The problem with the better-tasting coffees is they may take a while to go on sale and usually won't be as cheap as the generic stuff. I usually watch places like Bed Bath & Beyond for sales and coupons or Amazon for sales. K-Cups aren't all that cheap. It's usually better to buy by a bag of coffee (or beans and grind them) and use the grounds in a reusable K-cup thingy. I've been buying the regular K-cups since I got my Keurig last year just to figure out what I like, but will be switching to bags.

*EDIT* : One thing I've noticed about most of these is that any of them taste good enough to me, but I'm not a coffee snob. lol.

I did the reusable K cup for awhile but it just did not work that well and not as convenient.

I have been going with SF Bay Coffee can usually get it on sale but it's a little bitter sometimes I think I want some higher quality will check out some of the ones you named.
