I'm visiting my parents at their house in Katy, and their internet is really slow. It's under 5 mbps, and constantly disconnects. They have AT&T DSL, and U-Verse isn't available in their area. Does anyone know which ISP in Katy is better? Comcast seems to be the only other option, so I'm wondering if they're any good.
Go with Comcast. Yes, their customer service is bad, but you're better off with higher speeds and a more reliable connection than worrying about anything else thats criticized about Comcast. I'm not far from Katy, I've had Comcast/TWC for almost 11 years, been wonderful for me.
