Yup, it's lunch time. Who makes the best burgers in Houston? I'm partial to a few, but these are all considered the "contenders" here.

Where is that? I've never been. And you're saying Roznofski's beats all these other places? Have you been to them all?

It's at West T.C. Jester and 34th. Get the double because they're smaller.

I like it better than Lankford, Fudruckers, Beck's, and Prince's. Haven't had the other three. Where exactly is Bellaire Broiler and can I get out of there for less than $6?

As lame as it sounds gotta go with Fuddruckers... plus those damn fries are like crack!! FYI if anyone wants a great little burger look no further than Alton Brown

FFB, how can you have Prince's on there?? Have you been lately they are nasy frozen preformed crap now... I dont know why they changed it, but the burgers are as nasty as the 59 diner down the road now...

BTW, the best burger I've ever had was at a place called Emil's in El Campo. The place was run by three blue hairs who all had to be over the age of 70. I'd get a double meat and cheese with a bowl of chili and rice. I was bummed to learn that the place closed down before I moved back. :(

Bellaire Broiler Burger is right at the corner of Bellaire and Bissonnet in Bellaire.

You can get out of there for $5. Burgers are from $2.15 and up. Typically about $1-2 more max than you would spend at a fast food joint.

It's EXACTLY the same. They haven't changed anything there in 50 years.

    Here is BBB's menu.

And, I'm wrong on their prices. Must've gone up. Looks like a meal will cost you $6-7 bucks.

Close enough. I'll just bring it back to the office so I can skip the drink. :)

The "Squealer" is amazing (chopped up bacon mixed in with the beef).

Can't go wrong there (not really in Houston though), Christian's, Bellaire Broiler, or Roznovsky's.

    Prince's & Beck's don't even belong in this poll. Especially Prince's.

Beck's is only good for their steak and swordfish sandwiches.
