    A friend of mine had a bit of a scuffle with his laptop lid, slamming it down, and kinda damaging the hard drive inside to the point where it makes odd noises every time he tries to boot it.

    Does anyone know of a reliable place, preferably Northwest Houston that he can take it to? I've done a couple of searches, but nothing really sticks out in terms of reviews on any of the places.
