Start a topic here. You'll get some pretty good feedback and some funny posts as well. You might even get a post or two from someone trying to hijack the thread and make it into how drunk they got the night before.
Vault has alot of career information forums and posts about various companies. But you have to pay a monthly fee to use that site though.
You must also note that not all companies participate in these rankings. I used to work for a former number one company and it was by far the best job I've ever had and probably will ever have. I just loved waking up and going to work in the mornings and hated it when weekends came around.
