I'm not being very creative but anyhowz what are your favorite comerials out right now? I like the Aflac commercials especially the original one by the pond and then Pepsi has a couple of good ones.
The one where the girl & guy are skinny dipping at a party and everyone at the party watches them through a plate glass window. Or the one where all the guys with really high pitched voices are joined by a normal sounding guy. While racing down the hill the normal sounding guy runs into a poll while looking at the waitress.
I like the one where the sales guy pours chile all over the neckless, the guy who is buying it then says YESSS... DaDakota
How about that Bud Light commercial with Cedric the Entertainer, when he knocks over the porta-potty only to reply, "That's not that bad." Lets not forget the famous Geico commercial with the Indian FOB, "I THINK PEOPLE JUST WANT TO SAVE MONEY." Hands down the best damn commercial on tv.
He actually says, "Nice!" but I love that one too. My favorite lately is the car ad where the guy pulls up and asks this model-looking girl where the art museum is. She tells him and then asks, "You're into art?" As he proceeds to explain, his wife powers his window up while smirking at him. Hilarious. I alos LOVE the Miller ad with the African American guy and girl where it looks like they are going to have sex and then her roommate pops up from the couch. He looks disappointed thinking he's outta luck when he sees a pic of his girl and her roommate on the refrigerator smiling. He gets this look on his face like a light bulb just came on, grabs and extra beer and heads into the other room. Awesome.
I still also love the Volkswagen ad where the kids are driving in the convertible and there is that really cool folk song playing. They get to a party, look at each other and turn right around and drive off. I love that ad.
this is the best http://www.adcritic.com/content/yardfitness-coverage.html and even stars our own Crispee running his 0.24 PnR low
I dont know how new this is but I just saw it. the minute maid comercial with bobby knight, Mu favorite line in that whole thing is, "Look everyone I made treats" If you dont know this comericial it is hilarious
The ending of the 1-800-COLLECT commercial where the two guys purposely make a call to get Eva Savelot there. When she catches the pizzas right before it hits the table the one guy says "Now that's what I call savin' some dough" The look his friend gives him (like damn that was lame) and the way he reacts (like damn what I just said was lame) are so classic I can never get enough. I live for the end of that commercial. That Bobby Knight one is great too.
I don't drink the beer advertised, but I like the commercial with the brotha who's feedin his cat, then the dog, then he pops open a beer, and his friends show up, then he pops open the chips and Shaq's little brother shows up and says, "I"ll hang out" I kinda like that one... oh and the MasterCard, Baseball Summer commercials... with the 2 guys in the VW van going coast to coast to see baseball games and stadiums. oh... and the beer commercial with the guy buying his fiancee a ring, and they are filming a commercial outside the jewelry shop and the guy thinks the model/actress is motioning to him and when he leaves his fiancee to go outside, they're filming a commercial, then he ends up having to buy a bigger ring... yeah.. those are funny... rH
My two favorite commercials right now: Levi's ad with the young hipster kids at the western bar. The kids all goad on particularly slacker-looking guy into getting one the mechanical bull. He gets thrown half-way across the room the second they turn it on. Pibb Extra ad with the two guys who both have dates. One girl wants to bring her little brother along, while the girl going out with the Pibb Extra drinker wants to bring her hot roommate along. Nice use of split-screen on this one.
You know, two guys who actually did drive accross the country in a VW to see baseball games are suing Mastercard... I would have to go with the beer commericals listed above (stealing through the back of the fridge, and the twin sisters) but another where the guy who is staying at his girlfriends parents house and gets a couple of beers out of the fridge, and ends up slipping into bed with her parents by mistake.
The Nike "Tag" ad. That may be my favorite ad of all time. When it first came on, and everyone in the city was trying to get away from the one guy, my friends and I just looked at each other and didn't know what to think. Then, the word "Tag" comes on screen, and it all made sense. Just a really cool idea.
