Best Buy return policy?

    I heard it sucks, but anyways...

    I bought an HD DVD, but i lost the receipt. Do they take things back without a receipt, or will i just have to go to walmart?

    edit: it's unopened. there's nothign wrong with it. it even has the best buy price sticker...

    they should take it but you can only exchange it i think.

    if you have like the credit card you used or if you used your Reward Zone card you should be good. they can track stuff

    We use Big Brother @ work (IT) to monitor systems and get paged when one goes down or it's unresponsive... runs perfectly well on LINUX and it's free. :eek:

    As long as you haven't opened it, you should be fine.
