Just interested in CF's opinion, i'm wondering what you guys think is the best, interesting, most classy All-Star game intro from 2000 onwards.

Imo, the 2006 All-Star game intro in H-Town was prestige and classy. This year's intros were pretty disappointing, the 2010 one was nice, 2009 was intriguing....

Opinions? Im not asking about the actual game but what was prior to it: the Introductions (players, coaches etc.)

Houston in '06, no doubt. The orchestra playing Let's GO by Lil' Jon was beyond classic... also, I liked the fact that T-Mac threw up the H when he was introduced.

t-mac paying tribute to the city he called home for multiple years. it's a shame that many rockets fans from houston have turned their back on him.

Maybe because most contributing members have been following rockets for more than 20 years (not me) and realize tmac wasn't as great as you newbies think he was. I mean he was great scorer and a true superstar but he never took this team further than the 1 st round. You gotta realize that some people here been through 2 championship, 4 conference titles and watched players like olajuwon, Malone, Hayes, Tomjanovich and to them tmac was just another player who never fulfilled his promises and whined his way out of Houston.

Here's one that isn't anti-TMac. Thanks for the not-so-cleverly disguised "smart people hate TMac" post.

LOL speaking of 'most overposted videos ever'. Haven't you heard? Houston didn't make the conference finals because of TMac. Everyone in Houston was trying their best to win, but TMac just kept holding them down. That single game proves that he has nothing but malice towards Houston is isn't worthy of any respect.

Or maybe you're just a rich *******? You can have your opinions about Tracy, but don't tell other people what to think.

Sure. Most of the people supporting Tracy are young. If basketball with them started with watching Tracy on the Rockets, then that's not ignorance or stupidity. That's just a difference in viewpoints. You can go up to someone who happens to be a newbie in basketball and chastise them for not knowing better. And anyways... a lot of the anti-Tracy fans love to comment about Tracy's lack of contribution to the Rockets. Well, many Tracy fans like Tracy because of his individual talents, he doesn't have to carry the Rockets to a finals appearance or something.

It's funny how 50% of the threads in the Dish turn into threads about Tracy... lol.
