There is a limit to how much meat a person can consume. If Jeff knew how much meat I eat he would reconsider his stance on the death penalty.

I have enough meat and protein shakes in a day. I am trying to add a few more grams of it though. Any fruits or vegetables have protein?

    Anything?

Some beans have a lot. 5-8 grams/half cup.

Cottage cheese is also a good source- 13g a cup, IIRC.

Soy beans (tofu and other products) and nuts are both high in protein.

Grean beans, brocoli and squash are considered protein substitutes in a diabetic diet (at least, in my wife's they were). I believe peanut butter has a good bit of protein also.

Nuts, beans (particularly soy beans), all dairy products, broccali, some potatoes and squash all have a lot of protein.

As long as we're talking about thick, white liquids, egg whites are perfect sources of protein, and they don't have the fat and cholesterol in the yolks. I dunno, you may consider that meat.
