It shouldn't matter she has around a 65% approval rating in Arizona and it is a Republican year. I doubt this contest will be close. Personally, I voted for her in the primary last week, not because I thought she was the best candidate, but because she will defeat her Democratic opponent easily.
Cool, so it's not about what's best for the country, it's about beating the Democrats. Of course, you'll probably say "beating the Democrats is what's best for the country!"
Is anyone gonna tell me why they disagree with my motives for voting? This is the discussion forum right?
It's sad that there are actually people that think like he does out in the world, so not being a troll is not out of the question.
via TPM -- Fresh off a trainwreck of an opening statement in her gubernatorial debate last night, Gov. Jan Brewer (R-AZ) wouldn't answer reporters' questions about her erroneous claim that undocumented immigrants beheaded people in her state. Here's the video. <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/ray_1ROtYdI&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xd0d0d0&hl=en_US&feature=player_embedded&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/ray_1ROtYdI&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xd0d0d0&hl=en_US&feature=player_embedded&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>
County coroners can't back Brewer beheadings claim The Arizona Guardian Appearing on a local television show Sunday morning, Gov. Jan Brewer described how bad Arizona's illegal immigration problem has gotten. "Our law enforcement agencies have found bodies in the desert either buried or just lying out there that have been beheaded," she said. But officials with six county medical examiners offices in the state, including four from counties that border Mexico, say they have never heard of such attacks.
