Okay, we've had this before, but I'd like a nother data sampling. The thread about Jay Mohr and his newly engaged gf made me realize that a lot of folks believe that practically "all girls" have been had before any of us had them... well, or at least that most lose their virginity at early ages... Well, I'll be man enough to admit that both my wife and I were virgins until out wedding night... and No, both of us are not nerds, or unattractive doofuses that happened to find one another. We both had several previous "offers" if you will to break that barrier of virginity that some seem to despise. I understand that some are against the idea of marriage.. that some think they could never wait that long, and still others have done just that... waited until marriage to have "the sex"... (regardless of what your definition of "is" is). SO here's the latest poll: Did you engage in sexual intercourse before marriage (with your spouse or other)? Did you wait until after marriage for any sexual intercourse (and have only had such with spouse)? Why marry? Sex is for any consenting adult. I "messed around" but had no "all the way" moments (with spouse or other). Why involve another? Why bother? I'm sure these questions will come up later. ---- Remember to be honest so you won't skew the results... and it's public, so be aware!
also i think there should also have a age question attached to it. i can imagine 20 yr olds meeting and getting married at 23 w/o having sex. but maybe meeting at 35 and getting married after that? seems like a big sacrifice. just my thought...

i voted for 1 and 3. i just checked both boxed and then clicked "vote." i had sex before i was married. i also believe that sex is for everyone. have fun for cryin' out loud. explore your sexuality and enjoy it! unfortunately, it's not available forever, so you'd better get it while you can . i, personally, can't imagine having to go through the hormones-gone-wild years of highschool without being able to explore those feelings with another human.

It's always best to try it, before you buy it... Marriage isn't bad, but if you think you'll have more sex because your married, you'll be sadly mistaken...But being single, you have more opportunity, but sometimes its not consistent, hence why you find a g/f...
Sex has been taking lightly as it were just a spimple kiss or a hug. Hence we have a 50 percentile divorce rate. I wish they can punish those who divorce with a big ass penatly or fine unless there lives were threatened. Got married when I was 19 and my wife was 18.. Still married to this day with 3 kids and love each other more than ever. Believe me I have had my fair share in seduction.. I was a DJ for some of the night clubs here in H-town back in the mid 90's and all I can say is I was strong enough to overcome Have had 1 lover all my life and that's with the person I married ..
i've messed around a lot...got to the point for about a year where i would have had sex, but simply never put myself in that position really - i've been offered it lots but always turned it down when it actually came down to it...not sure if i'm saving myself or not, but for now i am (got a girlfriend that's a virgin right now too, so it makes it easier, a bit).
