    This if freakin' brilliant! Basically, it's a band who covers Beatles' songs as Metallica. It's very believable. The singer sounds so much like James Hetfield it's scary! You can go to their website and download all 15 songs they've created and they're totally free! In fact, they don't even have CD's, they just provide their songs on the Internet. Enjoy! :)

    on that note, has anybody ever heard of Hayseed Dixie? They use hillbilly music to cover ACDC songs (I think they've covered other bands recently)...Classic stuff...

    What's the name of that band that has a fat Elvis singing reggae versions of Led Zep tunes? Are they still around?

    these beatallica guys are just asking to get sued.

    the metallica and beatles camps are two of the greediest, litigous, copyright control musical entities around.

    aside from all of lars' anti-sharing postures, metallica went so far as to sue revlon cause they had a fingernail polish color called metallica.

    dj danger mouse, who mashed up jay-z's black album and the beatles white album and was GIVING it away was threatened by emi (beatles publishing) w/ a cease and desist order. the ironic thing is that based on download #'s it was projected that the album would have gone gold in a week if it was properly released.
