Does anyone own a beach house or condo that is used as a vacation rental? We just got back from vacation and we were thinking that it would be cool to have a place that we could rent out and then go use it during times when it's not being rented out. I was just wondering if it can be profitable to own a vacation rental and if anyone here has had any success stories or if it's just something to stay away from.
