Hello again I'm going to play with my friends in a basketball tournament and we need a basketball team name. It's a 4 on 4 i think, half-court/full court and it begins 2 weeks from now on the weekend. It's at a church so we're going to need to keep this team name clean and we need your help to give us a name for our team. So far our ideas are: Team Name: The Reason (and the players have their own nicknames such as) Player 1: The Answer Player 2: The Cause Player 3: The Effect and so on.. just something to be creative about. Any ideas?

I'm personally fond of: "The Pole's" "The Once a day's" "The r****ds" "The Incontinents" "The Loser's" etc, etc. I know, I know, y'all think I'm joking. I'm not! I personally find it funny to have a really stupid sounding name. Especially in "clean Team name" sports. As long as the name isn't profane, it's funny because the Ref has to intrduce you that way. Of course this is coming from a guy who has had nickname's such as "Fatty", and "Poopy", so what else do you expect?
Our chruch has a tournament a while back and there was a team called "The Lord of the Courts". Right around when the second LOTR came out. I think its pretty gay, but ehh...
I can see it now. "The Kings of the Block are taking on The Rejects" "Winner of this round takes on The In-Grown Toe Nails"
Somehow I just don't see that one going over well at a church tourney. I always use Jerry's Kids. Another that gets some good laughs is to call your team Off in my Room. Then if you lose the other team says I beat "Off in my Room".
