The best baksetball shoes you can get are the Team shoes. they usually say team on the tounge back or front of the shoe, its pretty small but if you look for it you will find them

These are the shoes that are made for basketball, while the Iversons, kobes and other players shoes are mostly made for looks, it would suprise you how diffrent the shoe the player wears to the shoe you buy in the store.
Plus team shoes will last forever, and are really well made. They have to be because the company is saying, this is the shoe for a team.

A good place to find them online is eastbay if you are not sure about your shoe size for a certain brand go to a shoe store and try on some shoes to see what you size is in that brand. I wear a 11 in Nikes and a 12 in Adidas. weird

My XBeams tore up very easy - they have plastic pieces on the sole that come off. They were very comfortable and good fit - but for 89$ I want something that will last longer.

I just went to Famous Footwear and got some sweet Reebok's for 39$. Try them out. Mine are blue.

check out Kicksology.net before you buy ANY pair of b-ball shoes. Great reviews on how the shoes perform.

    Nike Men's Air Flight Wings
    vs.
    Reebok X-Beam Franchise Mid

They are both nice, but should I go with X-beam to just support the team, or are the Air flight wings good shoes?

You should go with the T-Mac 2's. They're 95$ and they're very good shoes.
